Contact usWe take concerns seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly. Complaints can be raised in writing with your strata managing agent, who will acknowledge, register and investigate them, and respond in line with our complaints process and the requirements of the Strata Schemes Management Act.
If a matter cannot be resolved, it can be escalated to NSW Fair Trading, and to the Strata Community Association (NSW) where the complaint concerns a member agency.
The NSW Government’s Strata Hub gives owners, buyers and emergency services visibility of a scheme’s statutory information. Reporting is mandatory.
Every NSW strata scheme must report to the Strata Hub each year, within three months of its annual general meeting. We handle this for the schemes we manage.
Details must also be updated within 28 days if contact information changes, or if a strata renewal strata committee is formed.
The plan number, address, lot count and most recent AGM date are publicly visible. Contact details, fire safety statement dates and renewal strata committee status are restricted to the strata roll and the strata committee.
Community and neighbourhood associations are not strata schemes. They sit under their own legislation, with their own meeting and levy rules, and often sit above strata schemes within the same development.
Community schemes in New South Wales are governed by the Community Land Management Act 2021 and the Community Land Development Act 2021, together with the Community Land Management Regulation 2021. These replaced the 1989 legislation from 1 December 2021.
If you are unsure whether your association is a community or neighbourhood scheme, or which rules apply, ask us. It changes how meetings, levies and by-laws work.
General information only, current as at August 2026. It is not legal advice and does not take account of your scheme’s particular circumstances.
