After reviewing the available advice from government authorities we believe that holding face to face meetings at this time may expose our clients and our team members to an unacceptable safety risk that we cannot effectively manage. As result we will no longer be holding meetings in person. Please consider alternative methods of voting for the meeting such as voting online or via a proxy form. Additional information on how to vote will be issued with any meeting notices.

We direct you to the Government health website which is being regularly updated with information about what to do if you have returned from overseas within the last 14 days, the symptoms to look out for and ways you can protect yourself and others from spreading this virus. If you are diagnosed with COVID19 or believe you have been infected please contact our office to advise us so that we can take appropriate action.
